Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges
Our diapers and related items are hygiene products, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any order, opened or unopened. Please check sizing before you order. Our sample packs are the easiest way to find your fit before buying a bag or case.

If we made a mistake
If you receive the wrong item, or an item arrives defective, email support@bambinodiapers.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to. For packages damaged in transit, see Lost or damaged packages above.
